Having understood that each student is unique we develop an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for each student that meets them where they are academically and emotionally, rather than forcing the student to conform to the traditional classroom. Students in our school programme are exposed to approved academics, social skills, life skills, vocational training, farming and gardening, the arts and crafts and much more. The student’s IEP team determines whether Step and Stride Special Needs Learning Center is the appropriate placement.
